DIN-rail PoE injectors: power that mounts like the rest of the cabinet

Rail-mount models from the industrial injector families — the form factor that clicks onto the same DIN rail as the cabinet's breakers, supplies and controllers.

λ.01

The cabinet has a grammar; rail mount is it

Open any industrial control cabinet and the grammar is consistent: everything — protection, power supplies, controllers, terminals — hangs on DIN rail, because rail mounting is how cabinets stay serviceable. A PoE injector destined for that cabinet should speak the same grammar. This page gathers the industrial injector family — fifteen documented models — through the cabinet-builder's lens: hardened units with wide-range DC input, sized for rail-adjacent installation alongside the cabinet's own power system, feeding the cabinet's cameras, radios and sensors.

Two honesty notes belong on this page. First, mounting: industrial models in this catalogue are built for cabinet installation, and the exact mounting arrangement (integrated rail clip vs bracket) is a per-model confirmation — it is asked and answered in the quotation, not assumed from a photograph. Second, the family's rail credentials are real: among the fifteen sits an EN50155-marked injector with M12 connector, the railway standard's answer to vibration and environment — a reminder that 'industrial' in this family is specified, not decorative.

λ.02

How to specify

Design the cabinet power tree first

The injector is a load on the cabinet's DC supply and a source for its device. List: supply voltage and window, the powered device and its class, and the cabinet's other loads. The family's input windows (12-48V typical, one 80~320VDC variant) then select the model — in that order.

Confirm mounting and connectors per model

State 'DIN-rail mounting required' in the inquiry and it becomes a written confirmation item for the exact model, along with connector type (RJ45 vs M12 on the rail model). Cabinet builds fail on brackets and connectors, not on electronics.

Leave the thermal headroom

A 90W bt injector in a sealed cabinet is a heat source among heat sources. Cabinet thermal design is the builder's discipline; flag sealed/high-ambient cabinets in the inquiry so the model choice accounts for it.

Questions buyers ask

Are all fifteen models rail-mount?

The family is the industrial (cabinet) line; the exact mounting of each model is confirmed per model in the quotation, as this page states. If rail mounting is a hard requirement, say so — it becomes a selection filter, not a hope.

Why M12 on the rail model?

M12 connectors lock against vibration, which is why rail standards prefer them. If your cabinet is static, RJ45 models are the economical default; if it moves (rail, vehicle), the M12 model exists for you.

Can one cabinet injector feed several devices?

One injector, one powered link. Multiple devices mean multiple injectors (racked on the same rail — the form factor anticipates rows of them) or a PoE switch. The cabinet layout in your inquiry gets the count right.

Confirm the exact configuration before payment

Send the model name, the distance, the fiber type and the quantity. We will confirm the matching transmitter/receiver pairing, the optical module and the full specification of the exact model in writing before you pay.
